CLASS INFORMATION AND SCHEDULE
Adult classes meet weekly. ​Each class focused on three aspects of training: conditioning, instruction and application.

Material is primarily taught using the American Kenpo System. Students are instructed on basic blocks, strikes, joint locks and throws which are then combined into a series of self-defense techniques which provide the foundation for the system. These techniques explain the "why" of self-defense situations, and how to effectively and efficiently respond, as opposed simply learning a series of movements without understanding the foundation and context of application.
Training is both a physical and mental discipline, promoting not only physical fitness but also self-confidence, focus, and respect.
New Students
​All new students are required to take three introductory lessons, each lasting approximately 30 minutes, with a head instructor. During these lessons, the new student will learn basic stances, blocks, kicks, class protocols and terminology to prepare for regular classes.
The introductory lessons will be conducted in a group setting if multiple students enroll together.
